1. About EonCollabo

EonCollabo is a social innovation platform operated by EonCanvas Ltd. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
  • You may not share your account credentials with others

3. Intellectual property

When you submit an idea on EonCollabo you retain ownership of your intellectual property according to the IP claim type you select:

  • Full ownership — you retain all IP rights. Organisations may license your idea for implementation.
  • Shared ownership — IP is shared between you and the implementing organisation as agreed.
  • License to organisation — you grant the organisation a licence to implement your idea.

All idea submissions are automatically timestamped with a SHA-256 content hash as proof of your contribution date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EonCollabo to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malware or attempt to compromise platform security
  • Scrape or harvest data without permission
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. AI-powered features

EonCollabo uses AI to score ideas on novelty, feasibility, impact, and risk. These scores are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Human review is always recommended before making decisions based on AI scores.

6. Platform availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

EonCanvas Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EonCollabo. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
